To be one of the most important energy resources in China, both production and consumption are in the top of the world. In the future LPG transportation structure will be "north-to-south" because of the imbalance of produce and consume. And the transportation demand will be very large. Now most of the LPG is transported by cargo ship. But this model has many shortcomings such as longer process and lower utilization. It can't meet customer's require any longer. In this background one chemical logistic company raises the supposition of container model. To be one part of containerization model research, this paper designs a logistic project for third party logistic company by assuming the container model is feasibility both in technology and economic. The first two chapters chiefly describe the theory of LPG containerization combined transportation. The next two chapters are the core of paper. It put the whole process into six parts by the view of third party logistic company, and then design SOP for each part. According to the feature of LPG transportation, chapter five constructs a model about vehicle scheduling problem in the port of destination. Before writing this paper, the writer went to one chemical logistic company to have some investigation. So this logistic project reflects many differences between dangerous chemical cargo and normal cargo in sea-land combined transportation. In the last of chapter five it proves the model to be correct by giving an example. The writer believes this paper can give some useful advices to the company who want to operate containerization logistic model in future.
