It's now one of the most significant strategic decisions to construct the economy society in China. Having the huge potential on saving the energy,reducing pollution and so on,the energy efficiency becomes the breach of building economy society. Recently,the Chinese Government has already done a lot in the building energy-efficiency field, such as the technological research and formulation of technical standard in early 1980s, the experimental test of energy-efficiency project in early 1990s,the energy-efficiency policy's making in late 1990s and putting energy conservation into practice all round 50%'s target in the beginning of 21st century,etc., all of these have propelled the development of energy saving forward strongly. Because it is a little late to develop the building energy-efficiency field in China,we still don't have a complete and advanced series of scene detecting techniques for building energy efficiency, and this, to some degree, may impose limitations on the development of building energy conservation.On the basis of actual test, the average room air temperature, coefficient of heat transfer, temperature of surface on thermal bridge, the external envelope structure thermal irregularities and the procedure of heat consumption per unit of buildings are researched in this thesis. Having detected the scene building energy conservation, taking Daqing as model, I analyses these tested data in this paper, then to verify whether the energy efficiency could meet the requirement of Standard for Energy Efficiency Inspection of Heating Residential Buildings or not if Daqing carries out construction according to energy conservation 50% design standard. All what I do is to make sure that these methods and facilities are scientific, effective, convenient and suitable to Daqing. Normative detecting method and reference opinion are provided for developing and checking energy efficiency inspection in Daqing. Both buildings fixed or unfixed the temperature controlling valve are tested and analyzed, which verifies the energy conservation benefit of temperature controlling valve.
