There are a lot of analytical methods for the motor design, in which interpolation movement border method is an effective way to solve the issue of movement problem recently. This method has been applied to analysis and calculation of the two-dimensional field, and will be used to solve the three-dimensional field problem in this paper in view of its advantages. In order to verify the method, electromagnetic device is used to compare the calculated results with experimental measurement results.Aiming at above problem, this paper describes the design principle and process of experimental model for 3-D eddy current field-circuit coupling. Implementation of experimental platform for 3-D eddy current field-circuit coupling is described in detail, hard framework, software and speed arithmetic of system are analyzed and designed.First, this paper introduces the background and significance of research as well as relevant developments of research, and the research content is described.Secondly, the design process of experimental model is introduced. Characteristic of parts of the device are analyzed and connection parts used to support moment are checked, appropriate materials and shapes are selected as well.Third, a hardware detection circuit based on DSP is designed. Structure of hardware detection circuit and characteristics of DSP system are introduced. Hardware development platform TDS2407EA of TMS320LF2407 is emphasized and the speed sampling theory and method as well as current sampling circuit, torque testing circuit, optocoupler circuit design are discussed in detail.Fourth, the system software is designed. Integrated development environment CSS of DSP, express method of fixed-point Q format of the data, overall design of the software, files' function in procedures, main flow chart of procedures, the timers, event management, ADC module initialization, program ideology and special implementation of the timer interruption, capture interruption and false interruption are introduced in detail. Fifth, the system's debug scheme and the feature of simulator TDS510 are introduced. The smallest hardware systems DSP2407 of hardware, extension of the DSP2407 and debugging process of various program models in software are described in detail. At last, experimental results of model are given.
