The brake system is the vital guarantee to the off-highway vehicle safety, improving bake performance is the important task of the department of the off-highway vehicle design and produce. The full power hydraulic brake system has several advantages over traditional brake actuation systems. The dual circuit brake valve is key hydraulic equipment, its dynamic directly affects brake performance of brake system. Therefore,mastering well and truly the impact factor of dynamic characteristics between the brake valve and the system,we can offer some forecast theory for vehicle design and matching,performance of entire engine.At present , some information about the principle of the full power hydraulic brake system have a little in domestic and overseas.In this thesis,the author designed the system of the full power hydraulic brake system and the structural parameter of the dual circuit brake valve.The dynamic characteristics of the system and the brake valve were simulated by means of the SIMULINK software with different brake mode, by system simulation pointed out the way of designing brake valve, obtained the dynamic characteristics of the brake valve and brake performance of system.The contrast and analysis is conducted. Integrating requirement of the spool internal force balance and four-wheel braking force distribution, the structure characteristic of brake valve for the double-loop full power hydraulic-brake system is studied, and the obtained parameter characteristic of spool diameter is that the top spool diameter is larger than that of the bottom. The characteristic can provide the reference to the design of brake valve for the double-loop full power hydraulic-brake system in the future. This thesis probed into adopting method to study the dynamic performance of the full power hydraulic brake system and the circuit brake valve, obtained some conclusions in possession of reference value, and provided theoretical basis and method instruction for design of the full power hydraulic brake system and the circuit brake valve.
