Plastic pressure-measuring method has the advantages of convenient use, simple operation, stable data, economy and reliability etc, and still is the main methold to measure the weapon chamber-pressure. Since the fifties of the last century, the copper cylinder pressure-measuring method which has been introduced from Soviet Union, after more than50years, has accumulated lots of theoretical system and practical experience with our unique copper cylinder pressure measurement.Copper cylinder pressure-measuring system consist the sensitive component (copper cylinder) and crusher gauge. The accuracy of pressure-measuring mainly depends on the performance of copper cylinder and crusher gauge. In order to improve the measurement accuracy of pressure-measuring, the characteristics and regular about copper cylinder and crusher gauge should be mastered, and the pressure-measuring equipments should be used with the stable performance and high quality.This paper described the election process on standard copper cylinders. The elections and criterions of preparative determination, initial determination, final determination and recheck were researched, the mathematical model was established for the test data, and suitability criterion was formulated. The factors affecting measurement uncertainty of standard copper cylinders were analyzed and the measurement uncertainty model was established. This paper studyed the selection methods of insert-type working-level crusher gauge, testing-level crusher gauge, standard level and secondary-standard level crusher gauge and by analysis and processing of a large number of experimental data, initial formulated the selection criterions for all levels of crusher gauges. The measurement uncertainty influencing factors on different grade insert-type crusher gauges had been analyzed, also the evaluation methods of each uncertainty component were given and the measurement assurance program was discussed.Finally, this paper develops the grading selection software of insert-type crusher gauge with LabVIEW to achieve the selection of standard copper cylinders and establish the mathematical mode. According to the different grade selection and criterion methods, the insert-type crusher gauge has been selected and sorted, the whole selection process also completes.
