The Preliminary Study On Urban Design Innovation

Urban design innovation is the fundamentality to promote development of urban design. It has been focused on construction industry and urban planning industry in today's China. This article will introduce the view of innovation into urban design, through cross-disciplinary research, on the basis of conception and attribution, mode and type of comprehensive understanding of urban design innovation concept, from the point of elements of urban space design innovation and urban specific space design innovation, in order to investigate series of basic urban design and to obtain comprehensive understanding of urban design innovation.The first section, on the basis of theoretical studies by existing urban design both domestic and abroad, I will introduce innovation theoretics into urban design research, discuss and define the concept of urban design innovation, to further grasp the phenomena of attribution of urban design innovation and construct the theoretical platform and framework of urban design innovation.The second section, through expounding mode and type of urban design innovation, to understand phenomena of urban design innovation through deeply and comprehensive perspective, to holistic discern basic regulation of urban design innovation.The third section, I will spread the discussion urban design innovation from the perspective of elements of urban space. The various urban space system has been formed by four elements of urban space which has been included by city street space, city square space, urban architecture filed space and city green land. I will also deeply explain the innovation phenomena and method from different side The forth section, from view of history, natural and modern society I will choice three areas by History Street, Urban waterfront and Central Business District as my major object to discuss some typical specific space design innovation. Faced with different specific space, the innovation idea and method exists obvious pertinence. By collecting a lot of information, this article will show the application for the unique innovation idea from theoretics and practice under urban design innovation.Anyhow, this assignment will be expressed from conception and attribution of urban design innovation, on the basis research of mode and method of urban design innovation, combine theorietics and practice, from the point view of elements of urban space design innovation and urban specific space design innovation, completely expatiate the phenomena and method of urban design innovation, analyze and conclude urban design innovation. On the end part, I will dissertate the general research achievement for urban design innovation. I hope it will be used for reference for future investigation of urban design theorietics and practice.
