With the development of economy and science, the living level begins change from dress warmly and ear one's fill to healthy, so medical treatment facility should be improved. Due to the special function of clean-operation room, there was not a moment to be lost both to patients and doctors.This first of all entails the clean-down capability, it also is what this paper care about. Though there're some researchers have already studied on the clean-down capability, they didn't have the quantitative relation for the part unidirectional air flow clean room, also, it is the main research content of this paper. The aim of this research is to give the designers a simper formula to predict clean-down capability of a clean system.This paper usesâ… class operating room as model, and compare with the form researchers, I improve the fidelity of the structure. Then uses CFD method to simulate the dust particle field of the operation room, in the different condition of initial concentration in this operation room, and draw the respective clean-down capability. It was proved to be reliable after the verification of theoretical analyses. On the basis of calculating formula for the part unidirectional air flow clean room given by reference, the clean-down capability depends on four impacts. In this paper, in order to do significance analysis, each impact was treated with analysis of variance and orthogonal design analysis. And the result turns out to two of them are significant factor. Base on the conclusion above, we deal the data points with curve fitting, late in this paper we draw a simple calculating formula by some mathematical means simultaneously.At the end of this paper, the simple calculating formula of clean-down capability for the part unidirectional air flow clean room was test by CFD method. And the result of test proved that the formula is dependable. Due to its convenient, accurate and dependable characteristics, the simple calculating formula of clean-down capability for the part unidirectional air flow clean room is easy for its extension. The formula is given for the people who design the clean system to predict the clean-down capability base on the actual situation of proprietor, and the owners of architecture to test if the design program is suitable for them. |
