Chinese cities' living area planning and construction, often overlooked minority's unique religious and ethnic customs and their special requirements, therefore, Many of the minority city residents prefer to live in the original areas in which quality of the living environment is poor.Ethnic minorities are reluctant to move into the new residential areas and this brought about a certain degree of difficulty in the new alterations of the cities. At present, many cities have some urban infrastructure and inadequate infrastructural facilities, poor living conditions of areas inhabited by ethnic minorities. These regional areas just like the "Village", becoming the the difficult part in the development of urban construction.
