Abstract/Summary:
In a long term, the distribution network condition in China has become the bottleneck of the whole system and limits the improvements of power quality and reliability. In order to enhance it, recently more attention has been paid to the alternation of fundamental facilities in power network. So how to optimize the construction scheme and make good use of the investments is one of the most important research trends. After analyzing the vulnerable spots in present distribution network, this paper divides the reconstruction scheme into variety projects according to the difference of alteration purpose and building content. These reconstruction projects are not independent and their relations can be described as dependence and murex. As the influence of each scheme is complex, comprehensive evaluation method with suitable evaluation system is used to estimate it from multiple perspectives. This paper presents a mathematical model for reconstruction scheme optimization in distribution network and transforms it to the optimum combination problem of reconstruction projects. Adaptive genetic algorithm is then used to permute all the projects under the restriction of maximum investment while suitable encoding method, genetic operators and reactive mechanism are well designed. The combination with best comprehensive evaluation index is selected as the final result of the optimization. The actual example shows that this approach can get satisfied result when the defects are various and the funds are limited. At last, this paper has a research on the relationship between alteration and short-term planning in distribution network as well as tries to combine these two kinds of method to solve the power reliability problem in the power system. After this research, the influences between sectionalizing switches and tie switches are taken into consideration and a heuristic method is used to optimize the quantity and location of switches under the limitation of the maximum investment.
