The author have research and design a new anti-creep device. This device adopts the CPM2A system PLC of Omron Corporation. To achieve the brake control, status monitoring and fault protection of Anti-slip brakes in the arrival-departure.Communicated brake and track signal between lower computer and upper computer by net.The system, control track has adopted an excellent modular design. Each PLC controls 4 tracks. Between PLC and upper computer, they use HOST LINK network to communicate. And it can distinguish fault and alarm for disorder, and can also make system maintenance warning. At the same time it can check the train's location. This system will increase work efficiency greatly. And also decreases the worker's labour intensity and chances of accidents. |
