| Since 1980s, the competition of national and international automobile markets has become drastic unprecedented, and user's demand for safety, handling stability and ride comfort is becoming stronger and stronger. Automobile suspension system is one of the most pivotal subsystem that affecting vehicle's dynamic performances. The research has great significance to the design of automobile suspension system and the study of suspension system on the performance of vehicle.This paper established vehicle virtual prototyping suspension by ADAMS, processed simulation analyses and framework optimal analyses, based on which the paper constructed whole vehicle virtual prototyping dynamic model. After that, the paper did whole vehicle handling stability experiment analyses, and researched the influences of the suspension system parameters to stable steering characteristic. The paper provided a modern method to suspension system and whole vehicle system's design and exploitation. The mainly work author did include:(1) Established a Macpherson front suspension virtual prototyping model by ADAMS/Car module, and processed kinematics simulation. Analyzed the kinematics characteristic of wheel orientation parameters to wheel jump, then analyzed the suspension's kinematics sensitivity and optimized it's framework by ADAMS/Insight.(2) Based on the optimized front suspension, the author built the whole vehicle virtual prototyping model, compiled the drive control files to handling stability simulation analyses according to the national actual experiment standard. Based on the whole vehicle virtual prototyping model, the author processed stable steering experiment simulation analysis.(3) Finded the suspension parameters which affect vehicle steady stable steering characteristic by theory calculation analyses of front suspension roll stiffness, and studied the effect on the stable steering characteristic by the stiffness of Suspension. |
