The quantity of the paper cutter's efficiency can be influenced by the hydraulic system's function . So it's important to ensure and improve the system's capability. The thesis carries on the dynamic characteristic analysis research to the machine's hydraulic system, giving a reasonable evaluation and improved suggestion to it. This thesis is entrusted by the Zhejiang Gouwei Machinery Limited Company to analyse the hydraulic system's dynamic characteristic of the QZYK paper cutter and to make a reasonable evaluation and to give some suggestion to it; On the other hands, to design a new hydraulic system use the electro-hydraulic proportional technique and the PLC technology to improve the paper cutter's automation degree and to ensure the accuracy of its pressure control.The thesis includes the main contents in the listed below:(1) Base on the constitution of the paper cutter, to analyze the work principle of the machine, especially the machine's hydraulic system.(2) Analyze the dynamics of the paper cutter, to build up its mathematics model and to analysis its dynamic state characteristic by using the software of Matlab/Simulink, and put forward the improved suggestion to it.(3) Analyze the characteristic and project of the paper cutter which use the electro-hydraulic proportional technique, then design a new electro-hydraulic proportional system.(4) To build up the paper cutter's mathematics model and to analysis its dynamic state characteristic by using the software of Matlab/Simulink, to make sure the quality index attains the design standard, to provide basis to the actual produce.The research of the dynamic of the paper cutter can provide certain reference to design and empolder a high capability product. It have certain theory value and practicality.
