ATB ( Asphalt Treaded Base ) is different from Semi rigid Base that it has relative high strength,Stiffness and good Anti-fatigue performance and better economic benefits. It can effectively restrain and reduce the produce of reflection cracks. ATB has been widely applied abroad, but rarely in our country. It's just a start to research into ATB .With the investigation of traffic volume and Axis Load about representative road in tianjin, The paper make a analysis of traffic condition about jiuyuan road and yangbei road. It made a 3D solid model with ANSYS software, and computed response of pavement structure with different Pavement Structure Parameter (Face-layer Elastic Modulus,Face-layer thickness,Base Elastic Modulus,Base thickness,Elastic Modulus of old road).It make analysis of Contact Problems which between Asphalt Treated Base and old pavement and of overloading. In view of the specific status of jiuyuan road and yangbei road, it presented seven Asphalt Pavement Typical Structure, and make mechanics analysis and make Life Cycle Cost Analysis. Summary from research, the Rational Pavement Structure with ATB can improve the Performance of Road, and further get better economic benefits.
