Pneumatic technology that uses compressed gas to make energy and signal transmission is an important mean of achieving automatic production process. In recent years, along with the rapid development of industry automotion and mechatronics, Pneumatic technology, with its advantages such as cheap cost, high work efficiency,cleanlily and not contaminativing environment, economy energy, convenient usage with maintain, not high request to the environment and so on, has already got the more and more extensive application in each realm.According to the requirement of centralizer test bed, this paper designes and studies its pneumatic transmission system. On the base of pneumatic convey and control circuit, through theorical calculation, select and determin components of the pneumatic system. After detailed mathematical deduction, based on mathematical model of air cylinder, structured dynamic mathematical model of the air cylinder that is in the centralizer test bed.Next, the numerical simulation with Fluent about CFD and its preprocessing softwares of Gambit are used on the air cylinder of the test bed. Through studying the flow characters and change of inlet's structural parameter, distribution of inner field, such as velocity, pressure and turbulence intensity are discussed, and analyzed starting state of the cylinder. ADAMS is used for simulation analysis on movement process of the cylinder, which includes the relation between velocity and driving force and its kinetic characteristic. By means of this simulation analysis, it would be the reference to provide a theoretical basis for the application and the structural optimization of the experimental facility, and also makes reference for further development and design. By this means, it can cut down the period of the design process, reduce cost of product development and increase of efficiency.
