Study On Landscape Evaluation & Transformation Of Harbin Existing Gardens

City garden is the green infrastructure of the city. It is playing a great role in the urban construction as the main opening space publically of city. In recent years, as city garden constant development and deepen of undertaking,landscape management of the garden is day by day extensive. So in a sense ,the landscape evaluation of the garden becomes more important. The quality of a garden management directly from the people on the feelings of the animals and plants,facility of the garden in place. However, for a long time, the city garden faces infrastructure weakness, management and service quality is not high,insufficient capital investment and many other difficulities. Therefore, the city gardens and landscape elements of the evaluation of the city garden landscape elements are very important.Select the city garden for this study, and Stalin garden in Harbin and Heilongjiang Province forest gardens as an example, explore the city garden of landscape evaluation and modification measures. This brings about an advance in regional economy and has certain realistic directive significance to development and landscape evaluation of the city garden.This paper starts with analyzing the city garden management and administration current situation, according to the theory of landscape ecology, have analyzed the landscape elements, the value of the garden, the development of status garden,the management system, management mode etc., have carried on throughgoing analysis and research, then as Stalin garden, Harbin and Heilongjiang Province forest botany garden as an example, analyze its current situation of landscape, found the problem existing to the garden, put forward the corresponding countermeasure to garden:(1) Put forward the landscape management measures of open gardenFocus on the transformation of the landscape of "people first" ideology, the garden's landscape to meet the psychological needs of tourists, thereby increasing visitor's satisfaction.Improve the management level, strengthen the capacity, law and order management, provide a safe, comfortable, good leisure space for the public. Improve the quality of garden employees, and establish trade unions serve to tourists services of professional ethics and sense of service.Increase the green publicity and strengthen the public's green consciousness,raising citizens love green,maintain green the consciousness.Broaden the financing channels, through increased government investment, build the garden brand and attract funds for construction, and other parties to the various ways to broaden financing channels, so that the garden's economic, social and environmental will mutual improvement.(2)Put forward the landscape management measures of enclosed garden Focus on the transformation of the landscape of science and ornamental,establish scientific management mechanism, and a scientific management system of gardens, so it can promote economic development and raise the level of garden management. Increasing the technology content management in order to maintain good gardens within the landscape, cleaning and maintain good health.Government support, in terms of policy support and management assistance can be better maintained after the completion of the garden . Under enjoying the public resources conditions, better to protect the garden resources.Timely updates, the garden should conform to the tide, to update the environment and facilities, creating more landscape,so the garden will be attractive. Create an appropriate participation, to maximize the initiative stimulate the people to participate in, the way can be taken as sports facilities, fitness trails, viewing platform, the road to adventure, rock cIimbing,etc.Use of legal weapons to strengthen the management, relevant law enforcement departments to participate in, increase the intensity of law enforcement, protect the city garden achievement ,in order to improve the management level.(3)Put forward city garden to the "green" concept of landscapePut the "green" landscape concept draw into the management of urban gardens, from the green traffic, green marketing, green image design, and green human resources management four aspects for researching, and put forward an effective way to the realization of "green" landscape management.
