Abstract/Summary:
This dissertation originates from the project of Hefei Science and Technology Bureau. The main contents include a new developed machine structure system of guarding against theft and its reliability analysis, the application of the Keeloq technology in the developed machine structure system. The technology of guarding against theft in automobiles is the highlight which is studied at present. The studied contents of the dissertation are of vital theoretical significance and practical value.With the constructions of cities and countryside widely developing, road extends in all directions and reaches almost everywhere. Peoples' living standard is enhanced day by day, more and more salary will be able to buy an automobile in the future. And, in 21 century, automobiles will become an essential tool instead of foot.The system of guarding against theft introduced in the dissertation is a production of machine and electron integration with high intellectual and high reliability. The machine structure system is developed by ourselves and we have independent knowledge right for the machine structure. Using the Keeloq technology can protect automobiles from being stolen more reliably. On the other hand, it will change the condition of Chinese system of guarding against theft controlled by other developed automobile's parts manufacturers.The system of guarding against theft of Automobile Steering Column introduced in the dissertation includes two parts. One part is the system of the machinery lock; the other is the electronic password to protect the machinery lock from being opened too easily. The paper discusses the principles of the machinery structure and Keeloq technology, and their designing processes in details. Also, the reliability technology is used in the design of the machinery structure in order that the machinery structure has high reliability. The three dimensions solid models of the machinery structure are built and the assembling relations are imitated by using the modeling software of SolidWorks. After the system is developed, Fault Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) is analyzed to ensure the reliability of the system by a great deal of experiment.
