With scientific constant progress, electric current , voltage, temperature, pressure are mainly commonly used in industrial production. Especially in the heat treatment industry. The accurate test and controlling of temperature is very important in a lot of fields, for example, in metallurgical industry, chemical production, power engineering, machine manufactures, food processing, family and industry heat etc. People need to temperature measure and control in heating furnace, heat-treatment furnace and all kinds of response stove and boiler, through software design, to reach the intelligent control and realize the interactive function finally.In this paper, combined constant temperature control in factories, to discuss one method to control the temperature in the majority industrial production situation effectively. The singlechip system includes 89S52 processor, extend mem-orizer 27512 and 6264, parallel interface chip 8255, 8253, ADC0809, 8279, drop in electricity protection and restart, watchdog circuit. The concrete method is use platinum rhodium-platinum thermocouple to collect temperature data, the date is amplified and filtered by amplifying circuit and filter circuit. Then proceed A/D converting, after A/D converting, the date changed to temperature value accord-ing to the standard table, and displayed at the same time.In this paper, the thermocouple compensating method adopt PN vinculum temperature sensor.The standard table is the platinum rhodium-platinum thermocouple's temperature table multiply amplifier gain of amplifying circuit, then divide A/D converting distinguish rate, accordingly find the relation between number and temperature. In 0-100,this paper particular expound idiographic method , and adopting measurement conversion when the temperature exceed 100. But the system has not apply to real production, so did not particular expound this method. |
