With rapidly development of city construction, increasing numbers of high-rise buildings come forth in the community of the city building .For high-rise buildings, wind-load occupies quiet a biggish proportion in all loads; occasionally, it even may play a definitive role. Because of the dynamical quality of wind-load, dynamic response will take place on the structure. Due to the less rigidity, inherence frequency of high-rise structure is often close to the salience frequency of fluctuating wind. Such, high-rise structure may be more sensitive to the effect of fluctuating wind. And the dynamic response will be more notable, also.A high-rise reinforced concrete shear-wall structure with the height of 102 meters was chosen for the studies of the dynamic response under wind load. And the major contents are as follow:1. A time course wind speed was simulated according to the Davenport spectraldensity function;2. A finite element model of the high-rise reinforced concrete shear-wall structure was established in ANSYS, a finite element soft ware;3. The inherence frequencies and vibration modes in every rank of the structure were found out by the modal analysis;4. A time course analysis was carried out against the structure under the wind load;and found out the dynamic response such as displacement, velocity and acceleration;5. According the load code ,a equivalent statical analysis was carried out. And the result was compares with the result from the dynamic analysis. Some suggestion was put forward, also.
