With the rapid development of new technique, the air-target including plane and missile has taken place immensity development.The main exhibition is: the better stealth effect,the rapider flight velocity,the agilitier flexibility and the stronger defend ability. So air-target vulnerability analysis and the study of damage mechanism on warhead beat have became the hotspot of everybody attention. It is need to study the vulnerability analysis of representative air-target and the damage technique of type warhead against especial target.The research of damaging fighter plane including target damage ways and damage fashion of attacking and target vulnerability analysis . It is indispensable to understand air-target vulnerability and the damage fashion of air-defence warhead. The study in this paper is based on F-16C"Falcon"fighter plane,through analysing the characteristic of engine, wing framework, airframe structure and weapon system of this kind of target, basing on the study of fighter plane damage mechanism and scathe model is been ploting doing, through theoretics analyzing, numerical simulation and examination research, the damage criterion and damage rule of fragment warhead against F-16C"Falcon"is obtained in this paper, the adaption target vulnerability model and terminal effects mathematics model of four kind of fragment warhead against this target is established is base on F-16C"Falcon"fighter plane.Based on above, the simulation system of damage probability on the fragment air-defence warhead is developed on VC++ develooment platfrom by using C++ and ACIS language, and the damage probability simulation of fragment air-defence warhead against F-16C"Falcon"fighter plane is doing under the specific warhead-target initial condition, through analyzing the outcome of the simulation, the influence law of damage probability on the missile velocity, fuze startup time, the circular error probability, fragment beginning velocity, fragment dispersion center angle, fragment dispersion breadth, fuze action mode and so on is gained,and compare the damage efficiency of four fragment warhead,and discuss the relation between single fragment mass and the total number of all fragment, It's indicated that these is direction advantage in engineering for air-defence warhead.
