Discussion On The Garden Construction Of New Socialist Countryside

The construction of new socialist countryside, which is a significant historical task in modernization drive for our country, is the principal means to solve "Agriculture, Countryside and Farmer" issues at this stage of China. Based on the investigation and study of some pilots with new socialist countryside in Fujian Province, this dissertation will try to build basic and applicable models of the garden construction of socialist new countryside by using the successful experience both at home and abroad for reference.This paper first expounded the development of rural landscape at home and abroad, and carried out a detailed investigation of some pilots at first in Fujian Province; and then based on the above mentioned research, the basic tentative criterions and methods for several aspects in construction of new socialist countryside were analyzed and proposed, furthermore, through concrete case analysis of the pilots planning schemes, different modes for development of garden construction were presented; at last, combined with the basic tentative criterions and methods, the paper drew the conclusions and suggestions.The new socialist countryside construction is a strategy taken to coordinate the development in city and countryside, and graceful environment of countryside is an important index to evaluate the performance of new socialist countryside. The garden construction of new socialist countryside, which has been guided by landscape theories, is significant to improve the countryside environment and advance peasants' living standard. It's also an effective method to realize the harmonious coexistence between man and nature.
