In resent years, the use of fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) bars to reinforce concrete structures has received a great deal of attention. It is considered as one of the most prominent solutions that may overcome the corrosion deficiency of traditional steel bars reinforcement under long-term service load condition. FRP reinforcements have high strength-to-weigh radio, good fatigue properties and electromagnetic resistance; it can provide good behaviors under adverse circumstances conditions.This paper study to obtained the flexural moment-deflection curves of concrete beam of reinforced with carbon fiber reinforced plastic bars (CFRP) by reduced the bending tests of simple having bond beams with CFRP bars. The curves can be divided into three linear stages against the initial cracking of the section when the section failure occurs. Before the normal section crack, the moment- deflection curve is higher slope linear and the section rigidity is larger. The crack firstly appears in the flexural region, because of the inherent properties, e. g. lower module of elasticity and less bond properties. It is appeared wider and higher crack as soon as the normal section cracks, The moment-deflection curve transforms horizontal straightway with definite length because of sectional stiffness is happen increased and reinforcement slip in concrete; With the increase of the load, A major diagonal crack is production in the shear-flexure span and oblique development toward the loading point. The rigidity of transversal section decreases compared with before cracking, The moment-deflection curve is mainly linear until beam is failure.Based on the nonlinear theoretics, a nonlinear method is used to analyze the whole deformation course of RC beam reinforced by carbon fiber reinforced plastics board was proposed, and a computer analysis program was developed. The result of this analytical method can meet the result of experiment. At last, the summarizing of this paper was developed and proposed other main problems that will be studied in the future.
