By using LEM PQPT1000A electric quality analyzer, the harmonic of bus voltage, the imbalance of three phasor voltage, the chop in short time, the harmonic of main outlet and inlet current can be measured detailedly under combined running mode of capacitor in 220kV Shabo substation of Baise Power Supply Bureau, and the typical harmonic source can be detected, mass measure data is obtained, and the situation of harmonic pollution is mastered. A effective scheme of harmonic dispose specially to 220kV Shabo substation which the filter in 10kV side should be reconstructed is given. The ETAP electric power system integrative analysis software made in America is used to simulate the difference between the former and the back of harmonic dispose. In various running mode, such as the on and off of SVC set in Baise traction substation, different scale setting of Shabo main transformer, abundance and smallness of power system, effect to the parallel resonance point of 10kV bus and the performance of filter set is researched, and the control procedure of running mode after filter set reconstruction is presented, which will give a good base to the next harmonic dispose of Baise power grid.
