Urban Naturalistic Landscape Design

At present, China's cities have satisfied the basic living, studying, and working functions of urban residents. But it is safe to say that many cities have various hidden troubles, some of them which are even concerned with the security of urban residents. If city is the concrete reflection of urban landscape designing theories, we have to reflect on traditional urban landscape designing theories .This thesis probes urban landscape design from natural ecosystem perspective, and proposes urban naturalistic landscape designing theory so as to enrich and prefect the research of urban landscape design.This thesis consists of three parts. The first chapter is preface that emphasizes the origin of problems. Because the present condition of China's city makes people doubt about traditional landscape designing theories, the urban naturalistic landscape designing theory has thus been proposed. This second part explains the framework of urban naturalistic landscape designing theory, and also gives detailed explanations on human and nature, landscape design and operating mode etc. The last part is the conclusion about the theory. This thesis points out this theory in prefect harmony with ecological benefit, economic benefit, and social benefit. According to urban naturalistic landscape designing theory, a more healthy and promising environment of cites can be created. Under ideal state about the unity of heaven and man, man can enjoy more secure, effective, happy style of living and harmonious development as well.
