DUOWA power station was built in the sediment Longwu river, in Tongren county of Qinghai Province, The unit used the water -lubricated rubber bearing. due to lack of clean water as lubrication water, run swing of the unit's rotating part become big, the rubber guider bearing wears away quickly, which makes runner chamber room larger in a abnormal way, The unit efficiency falls so badly that it can not afford the loads, In order to solve the problem of DOUWA electricity station,we change water-lubrication rubber bearing into oil-lubrication bearing.In the transformation of topic,the main solution and the key question are:changing water-lubrication rubber bearing into oil-lubrication bearing;and performance analysis of the transformated bearing;solution main shaft seal problem;turbine cover drainage problem.Through this work the main achieved results are:1,Applying MATLAB software to analysis the static parameters,and it is very consistent of the classic conclusion curve,calculation of performance parameters are reasonable,it turns out that the idea of calculation and programming algorithm are reasonable and reliable;2,By calculating the bearing capacity of oil-lubricated bearing is 5.3 times of that of the water-lubricated bearing;reaching the expected results, fully meeting the requirements;...
