The magnetic damper controller system is a kind of controllable current source devices, which technically designed for precise control of magnetic damper output damping force. At present, the existing magnetic damper controller is only fit for the small damping force of magnetic damper because of smaller output current and control power. At the same time, magnetic damper control algorithm and controllable current source can not very well integrated, so magnetic damper is limited application in some engineering practice. With our country society and economy rapid development, there need urgently large-scale magnetic damper to apply in many national economy aspects, especially the area of major projects vibration-decrease. Designed the magnetic damper controller system with big current, big control power and rapid dynamic response is very important significance to support national economic development, and expand the area of the applicationBased on in-depth studies design of magnetic damper controller system at home and abroad, a scheme of magnetic damper controller system is been proposed according to the requirement of the subject. It consisted of the SCM (Single Chip Micyoco) subsystems, pulse width modulation wave generated subsystems, power amplification subsystems and wireless data transmission subsystems, which a new generation of microcontroller and PWM module are used to achieve output current with controllable and constant. At the same time, magnetic damper controller system constitute a complete control system with the magnetic damper control algorithm, and achieve the requirements of the subject, and extend the area of application of magnetic damper in the large-scale works.In the magnetic damper controller system, the design of circuit in hardware and framework in software of magnetic damper controller system has been particularized on the base of theoretical analysis and simulation software dynamic response of voltage source and current source as a source of magnetic damper control power. The hardware circuit design mainly PWM circuit, PI control circuit, power amplifier, strong or weak electrical isolation circuits, wireless data transmission circuit and interface circuit of SCM subsystem. The controller program function was introduced on the mixed-signal system-on-chip C8051F040 important function modules.The magnetic damper controller system passed by static tests and laboratory closed-loop experiments. As the result shows, it has obviously control effect to the big damping force magnetic damper self-made, and realize integration magnetic damper control algorithm with controller. The actual control curve can be a good fitting with input signal, and dynamic response rapidly. The magnetic damper controller system suffices the requirement of various technical targets.
