Along with the development of the society and the prosperity of the automobile industry, the automobile as a kind of vehicle, has prominent function in people the life. People embark car comfort and defend to flap, separate etc,the function requested to be more and more high . the car doors and windows seal completely to in the car lie quality to seal completely, the environment insulate, inside decorate outside etc. function, but seal completely the material, structure of and make the craft complications, its product function, quality influences the of the car car door to shut the dint size and operates comfortable sex etc. directly.In the computer and the computer technique fast developing and extensively applied day, the adoption of approximate number solution has become more realistic and very effective, in the numerously approximate analytical methods, the limited unit method is the most successful, the most valid number calculation method. The limited unit method is first applied in the aviation engineering, having already expanded to the machine and the automobile,ship building, building. ..etc. various engineering technique realm quickly now, and expand from the solid mechanics realm to fluid, electromagnetism voice, vibration each academics of etc., almost get the development and application on all engineering problems. The limited unit method has become a engineering analysis with solid foundation that everyone accepts.the calculation and analysis for car door's static strength and stiffness, has a very important function inthe door structure's designing process.safety , haveing enough stiffness, not easily transforming , no libration while going,are the key steps needed to be considered in door struction designing. This text make use of professioning software to set up a car door's geometry model that the mold software catia built up a certain car car door, then ducts the model into hyperworks, and tidy up.Then making use of the professional meshing in the hyperworks to divide the mold , I built up the car's door limited unit model . in this text I use rigid unit to imitate welding point and bolt,use RBE2 rigid conjunction to imitate the car door's gemeland lock.I analyze the car's stiffness and strength in this text. From the imitating analysis result we can see a degree to the car door just influenced a bigger parts to strengthen plank for the car plank inside the door,the car door outside-plank and the lock body. Finally the car door structure has be improved and it has a higher stiffness, satisfying the request of the usage.Because of the sectional shape is irregular and the wallthickness is uneven, a new method was used to optimize structuralparameters of the seal , which adopted the strategy of combining Genetic Algorithm ( GA) and Neural Network (NN) .Using learning algorithm of NN , nonlinear global mapping function can be found between st ruct ural parameters and mechanical properties , such as compression load and stress. Objective function ofGA can be obtained synchronously. Optimum solution can be solved using search operation of GA.
