This thesis has studied systematically the indoor thermal and humidity environment in the energy saving residential buildings. Based on the current study about the dynamic simulation research of the building environment at home and abroad, according to the request of energy saving in buildings, the indoor temperature and humidity evaluation equations of the energy saving residential buildings has been based on the analysis of the indoor dynamic thermal and moisture process. Especially, it has reasonable draw up the combined thermal and moisture transfer differential equations through building walls, using the air humidity ratio W and temperature T as the driving potential, and it has parsed a formula of the amount of moisture absorption by using the air humidity as the potential difference. Moreover, these models were dispersed with the limited difference method and the comparability of the thermal and moisture transfer.At these theoretic of analyses above, this thesis has compiled a software named "Simulation of the indoor Thermal and Humidity Environment in the energy saving residential buildings", This calculation program has worked out to get the numerical solutions of the proposed models with 240 mm brick wall. Contrast with the simulative result by previous simplified vapour diffusion model and the tested data of temperature and humidity date in the area of hot in summer, cold in winter (ChongQing) in China, It's testified that these models are more adjacent with the hypostasis of the combined thermal and moisture transfer and the the dynamic variational process of the indoor thermal and humidity environment, also these proposed models are easy to use and the simulation results are more accurate.Finally, the thermal bridge has a great effect on the indoor temperature and humidity environment, and takes more influence on the total saving energy calculation of the building This thesis has introduced the currently calculation method of linear thermal transmittance of thermal bridges in building construction and provided the familiar linear thermal transmittance in a data-base afford to the designer for their work.
