Study On Some Typical Problems Of Luoyang Grand Theatre Project

Architectural theory originated from practice in architectural design, which is based on countless engineering experience, then to sum up it; The final purpose of design theory, which is from practice, is to preferably instruct practice in architectural design, and then apply this theory to practice, finally extract more high-level theory of architectural design from this practice; By this way on a daily basis, it ultimately closes to the truth of architectural design theory and practice, which is consistent with developmental and spiraling historical tendency; Based on thinking like above, the author decide to choose'practical engineering'as its thesis research project, so as to hit the mark of promoting architectural design theory by penetrating practical engineering;The thesis takes'Luoyang Grand Theatre'as its main line, binding with its historical development, fully explores four typical problems in designing Luoyang Grand Theatre, namely, function expansion of Theatre, form and layout to antechamber and loafing area, form for auditorium and study on bandstand;The first part of this article detailedly illustrates background, purpose and significance of topic selection, introduces current situation of theatre design at home and abroad, and also explains the research framework and method of this theses. The second part of this article amply introduces engineering project of this grand theatre, fully expatiates planning conception and architectural design idea, roundly summarizes some typical problems in practical engineering. The third part is the focal point of this article, and respectively study four typical problems in the form of 4 subparts. Taking practical engineering as a starting point, the author studies each problem, finally returns to the topics of practical engineering, strictly responses to the original conception of thisthesis research——it comes from practice, and then applies it to practice.In the end, the author combines theoretical study of theatre design with Luoyang Grand Theatre project, had aggregated engineering experience of Luoyang Grand Theatre. I believe that upholding the integration of urban and architectural design,holding up the principle of integrating the "economic, application, aesthetics," ,integrating theory with practice of design and Positive communication, coordination of the parties to jointly solve the problem which was four valuable experience for the Similar projects on the design of a general reference.
