In order to solve the problems of different bus units, excessive signal lines and interference existing in big electricity machine, fig-modularize three-axes magnetic field supervising system based on Controller Area Network (CAN in short) is bring forward. Following this concept, the module of supervising system which is important to the modular fuse is designed and debugged. And what the thesis has done does a favor to the development of big electricity machine supervising system in the future. The thesis applies to the technique of CAN-bus. It uses the MSP430F427 which has ultralow-power consumption singlechip as the core of control. Also, more effective method to obtain signal characteristic parameter is adopted in allusion to different environment. Three points are accomplished: First, the design of three-axes magnetic field sensor, interface electrocircuit of CAN-bus and MCU control circuit have been completed as well as be debugged. Secondly, the programme of initialization of all controlling components and the software flow chart are completed. Besides, the thesis accomplished the distribution of ID symbol and design of the message filter primarily in accordance of the protocol of DeviceNet. Thirdly, the distribution of ID symbol and design of the message filter are optimized based on CAN2.0 technique standard. Then credible flow of initialization, transmission and receiving of data and processing errors is made based on the self-define communicate protocol to support the operation of system. With the establishment of a minimal CAN-bus system composed of two nodes, this paper finished debugging and analyzing. The result of test indicates the feasibility and correctness of the modes of information transmission and part of protocols and supplies reliable attestation for CAN-bus applying to the digital and modular magnetic supervising system.
