The Research On Products' Process Examination Based On Knowledge

Process examination is an procedure which analyse product's manufacturability, and make it with a more cheap and rational way in existing condition. It has a great significance that ensuring a success of product's design and manufacture. However, Currently, It is completed completely by person, so it has poor criterion, big labor intensity and low efficiency, and can not adapt the requirement of variety, little batch and changing market. Given this situation, the thesis research the technology of computer-aided process examination, and provide the way of solve problem.The paper apply the principle of expert system to process examination, and plan function of system,then the whole frame is presented; in order to thin examination, and reduce the complexity of examination, the examinational strategy is researched which is done by dividing the examination into two layers (parts and feature), and examine the part from three aspects: the whole of parts, single feature and feature combination; parts information model which is based on feature is established.The paper describe the knowledge of process examination from structure process, standardization and manufacture resource aspects. At the same time, the knowledge of process examination are organized according the examinational strategy; Process examination knowledge representation are researched. In order to solve the disadvantage of single knowledge representation, An method of structural process knowledge representation which is mainly rule integrated object and process is advanced. Based on the SQL server, knowledge base of missile rotational parts is set up.The reasoning mechanism of process examination knowledge is studied, the reasoning arithmetic and flow of structure process and standardization are presented. In order to improve efficiency and avoid examinational blindness, single feature adopt forward reasoning, whereas feature combination adopt backward reasoning. Moreover, in the search way of knowledge, the multitudinous knowledge is filtrated using its'keyword and examinational feature, so the needed knowledge is selected quickly. Lastly, a process examination model system is presented, which is based on the SQL server database and Delphi7 programming language. Then the paper take Cabin body and shaft of missile as examples, which validate the strategy and method of examination useful and practical.
