This paper describes the implementation of power system line losses:The Line Losses Analysis System (LLAS), which collect the on-line data of multilevel system. realize the functions:theoretical line loss calculation and practical line loss calculation and data mangement .LLAS is based on the uniform interface of DF8600 platform , which collect the on-line data from a variety of heterogeneous data ,save to the database of the system. The user can specify anytime to query ,and calculate theoretical line loss.the output of the system maybe separate by voltage,line,area. the output of theoretical line loss and practical line loss can workout various report ,and the report can be user-defined. also,this system supply tools for query and mangement. information can be released through the Web browser for the general staff.LLAS realize with Internaional standard of Common Information Modul (CIM), object-oriented electrical equipment to achieve technological development, using C++ programming language. the interface devlelpment tool use Qt .LLAS systems development project is in the software development process .such as designing,realizeing,testing. all the founction of this system with the development of the design requirements.The founction of LLAS is intergrate with work flow, and realize line loss management of standardization, digital and scientific.
