This paper analyzes the common diseases and concrete pavement repair materials. Forthe general durability of repair material defects and poor maintenance cycle length, this peperstudy a high performance composite cement-based repair materials with retarding, rapidhardening, early strength, high durability. Combined thin patches and dislocation treatment,study the repair patch depth and interface’effec on the repair structures.Propose the concept of high performance patching material; Based on the basicwater-cement ratio and the ratio of mortar, through the combined use of the early strengthagents and retarders, regulate the work of patching material to1-2h; Studying influence ofmineral admixtures and repair materials for high-performance polymer expansion degree,initially identified patching material mix; By2h flexural strength index for the orthogonalexperiment, determine the best ratio of the admixture; studied the water-cement ratio, polymerand fiber content and interface processing affect the way of patching material bonded flexuralstrength;On the basis of the best ratio, research the28d water permeability of the highperformance repair mortar under different hydrodynamic pressure; Research slag and portlandcement for splitting water seepage highly influenced; Study impermeability of the patch1-2cm thick concrete; Study sulfate resistance of the28d ordinary mortar repair mortar withhigh performance; Study the impact of the polymeron on the shrinkage; Compare ordinarymortar with high performance repair mortar28d shrinkage; Research fibers, polymers andpolymer fibers when using a high-performance composite mortar impact toughness.Research thin patches affect the mechanical properties of the interface treatment afterrepair of concrete structures; When using HP-mortar repair of concrete structures withe depthof the1-3cm, and the using the patch of concrete with depth of4-5cm, research the patchresistant concrete structures flexural strength and creasing pressure ratio; Under constantstress level studies with different patches depth on fatigue life of concrete structures growth.Research on the impact angle on the wrong station repair mechanical properties; Researchdislocation patches of different thickness point of impact resistance, comparative analysis ofthin patches and dislocation impact resistance of the same patch repair depths. Finally, studythe construction process patching material.
