| In the project of Yongningjiang bridge,DOKA company's Top-50 wood surface large moulding board system and D2 underpinning system was applied to the construction process of large-scale box girder. DOKA company's Top-50 wood surface large moulding board system and D2 underpinning system can be used in speedy constuction of large-scale box girder on the soft soil foundation without any treatment to the soft soil.Presently,the researchs to the speedy construction technique of hign-speed rail way large-scale box girder on the soft soil foundation,are not abroad or deepened.On the ground of that, this dissertation study and analyze the speedy construction technique of hign-speed rail way large-scale box girder on the soft soil foundation.By using the finite element analysis software ANSYS and ABAQUS,this dissertation emulate the DOKA system and the soft soil foundation respectively and work out the mechanical index.Based on holding the circs of the construction equipment,design information and the plan of the project, this dissertation emphasize on the analyzing the stability and intensity of the DOKA system.During the the process of analyzing the stability, nonlinear analysis theory is applied.This dissertation apply the finite element analysis software ABAQUS to analyze the soft foundation and caculate the stress,the strain and the deformation. Based on the finite element analysis,the data can give improvable suggestion to the constuction process,the organization and the realization of the project.Ground on the project of Yongningjiang bridge,this dissertation focus on studying the speedy construction technique.Combining the relevant analysis data with the construction experience,which could be systematised and abstracted,will make the whole calculation and construction method apply to other projects that have similar construction surroundings.The research in this dissertation will offer theoretical gist to similar project. |
