That saving energy, improving efficiency of energy utilization as well asdeveloping renewable energy as main ways to solve energy & environmentalproblems has been the emphasis on energy construction and development.Solar-underground Water Source Heat Pump System (SWSHPS) has a brighter futurefor its energy saving and environmental protection.The SWSHPS is proposed aims at climate characteristic in Tianjin in this paperbased on the analysis of advantage and disadvantage of SAHP & GSHP being usedrespectively. On the basis of research on solar radiation energy, solar collector andWSHP, simulation of SWSHPS in series and alternate connection mode are carriedout. Instantaneous solar radiation model for the clear day in Tianjin is set up and aprogram to calculate of getting heat by solar collector is compiled. The experimentdevice of WSHP is built, components of heat pump unit including compressor,evaporator, condenser, throttle valve etc are selected and R134a is determined to beacted as working fluid forWSHP.Two modes of calculating program are compiled by C++, simulation resultsshow that inlet water temperature in evaporator and unit COP can be increased inseries connection mode, system can be in solar- heat pump phase in alternation mode,thus production water flow rate and work consumption of submersible pump can bedecreased.Technology & economic analysis of SWSHPS by calculating annual cost is madein this paper, optimal scheme is determined for its lowest annual cost. The resultsindicate optimal scheme is alternation running mode with 18m2 area of solar collector.Simulation of Solar-Underground Water Source Heat Pump System is limited toTianjin due to restricted conditions, simulation results are under validation byexperimentation. The purpose of this paper is providing some valuable reference forpractical design, operation and management of SWSHPS.
