Aiming at different caliber serial warheads,aiming at improving the damage effect of penetration,the damage effect of serial warheads on armored targets is analyzed focusing on the matching relationship between the front and rear stages of the serial warheads.The explosion-proof mechanism of the two-stage charge before and after the tandem warhead is determined,and the matching relationship between the two-stage charge and the delay time of the tandem warhead are optimized.AUTODYN is used to simulate the metal jet formed by the front and rear two-stage liner.Through the simulation results,the formation of the jet and the power of penetration and damage to the target plate are analyzed.After the main charge of the second stage,the double cone shaped charge is adopted.By analyzing the influence of the wall thickness,the angle of the upper cone angle,the angle of the lower cone angle and the ratio of the height of the upper cone on the formation of the metal jet,the corresponding influence rules are obtained.The orthogonal optimization method was used to compare and analyze the change level of four factors: the wall thickness,the upper cone angle,the lower cone angle and the upper cone height.Through the simulation calculation of each scheme,the influence rule of the structure parameters of shaped charge on shaped charge effect is obtained.Through the calculation and analysis,it is concluded that the influence of upper cone angle,the wall thickness of the liner is the largest,the second is the wall thickness and the ratio of upper cone.The impact of the least is the size of the lower cone angle,can be ignored basically.Through the analysis and optimization of the above factors,the final design scheme is determined.The matching relationship between the front and rear stages of the tandem warhead is discussed,and the penetration ability of the front stage charge and the rear stage charge is explored.The front stage charge can effectively penetrate the reactive armor,and the penetration ability of the rear stage jet to the steel target is 724.7mm.The influence of the explosion interruption mechanism on the serial warhead is discussed.The research is carried out from different materials,shapes and positions of the explosion interruption in the serial warhead.Through the analysis of the peak pressure of the later stage charge,it is determined that the material of the explosion interruption is polyurethane,the shape is selected as the concave,the concave depth is 10 mm,and the charge distance from the former stage is 20 mm.At this time,the influence of theformer charge on the latter charge is the least.The delay time and charge distance of the front and rear stages are determined to be 110 ?s and 120 mm respectively.The whole warhead structure is simulated to verify the correctness and feasibility of the whole structure.
