| The precision potentiometer, as a high-resolution potentiometer which can be modulated continuously and step-less, has found a wide application in military industry, Astronautics and precision machine Engineering. With the development of the technology of the military industry and Astronautics, the request for the technique of the potentiometer is higher than before. As a result of the unadvaced scraping machine and the undeveloped daubing technology of the pasty material used for potentiometer ,the precision potentiometer produced at home can't meet the demand of national defence and Astronautics. In order to improve the linearity of the potentiometer by studying and developing the trimming technique of the potentiometer, this paper is wrote considering the above situation.Firstly the development of the trimming technique of the potentiometer within and without is recited resumptively in this paper, secondly, starting with the principle of the potentiometer, the key to improve the linearity of the potentiometer is confirmed according to the shortage of high precision potentiometer full of future by analyzing the key factors that affect the trimming precision. Otherwise, in order to improve the scraping technique of the potentiometer, the scraping principle and method is discussed home and the technical disadvantage of scraping potentiometer is pointed out based on which the best scraping quomodo is put forward.In this paper the sampling of the signal, the constant current resource and the precision of the driver that influence the scraping precision is analyzed and researched carefully. The universal technical project of the potentiometer scraping machine is developed according to the basic function of the potentiometer scraping machine.The scraping machine used for the rotatory potentiometer is designed according to the project of the potentiometer scraping machine.Finally, the conclusions are given and the future works are prospected. |
