NVH Experiment Research For Diesel Engine And Complete Assembly Of Car

From the international automobile development, the diesel power cars have become the vehicle's trend. People have gradually come to realize that producing diesel cars is one of the most practical and most effective means to reduce environmental pressures and energy conservation pressures in condition of vehicle mass, low-cost production. The NVH characteristics of Vela with YC4W-31 diesel engine of Guangxi Yuchai Engine Co.Ltd. , produced by Tianjin Yiqi Xiali Automobile Co. Ltd. , has been studied in the paper to be in accord with the standards of high-ranking sedans.This paper mainly studies such vehicle NVH properties as the noise outside the accelerated car, the noise inside the average-driving car, its ride comfort and the set noise. Diesel to YC4W-31 is selected as the main research object. The paper does research on its piece of noise, exhaust noise evaluation and the sources of noise, and makes comparative analysis of test results of Toyota 8A Gasoline Engine Noise. YC4W-31 Noise Analysis of Diesel Engine gives us the direction and goal in further improving noise control. The paper also studies on how to improve Vela of diesel cars carrying YC4W-31, designs and tests the exhaust muffler products, gives the optimal design for the power mounting system (including the mount position, mount stiffness and damping parameters) and makes the vehicle meet the requirements for NVH performance. This paper finally analyzes on the difference between NVH performance test results of the Vela carrying 5A Toyota and Jetta cars carrying diesel.Through research, we can see that the noise outside the accelerated car and its riding of the Diesel Engine Vela meet the national standard. However, a lot of work and study need to be done about diesel vehicle compatibility and noise.
