Nation "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" puts forward the restriction index of saving energy and declining energy-using in our country definitely. The energy total amount that the railroad conveyance consumes is very huge, so the energy saving mission in railroad profession is very hard. came on by railroad department points out definitely that energy saving technique will be the the main development realm, the application research and popularization of the resources saving will be developed completely to raise the science and technology level of railroad energy saving.According to the request of the item "locomotive energy saving movement control system", This thesis chooses a suitable locomotive traction-computing model to calculate the collected data in real time, designs manipulation project for locomotive movement according to the principle of "safety, punctual, energy saving, pull more", researches speed forecast model of locomotive energy saving movement, forecasts speed-distance curve of train energy saving movement , and designs microcomputer instruction system which can instruct driver to manipulate locomotive with energy saving mode.First, this thesis studies the domestic and international train energy saving manipulation strategy, which provides the theory basis for the choice of forecast project of the train movement speed; Then, according to , finds relevant traction-computing formulary aim at SS4 remodel locomotive such as train traction power, train resistance and train resultant force which needed in speed-forecast process, The speed forecast analysis of locomotive energy saving movement is the core part of the system.This thesis make use of the thought of fuzzy predictive control, according to optimal manipulation strategy of energy saving and traction-computing formulary , designs speed forecast model of locomotive movement.According to the request of the item, designs the total scheme of the system , uses the field CAN Bus as numerous module correspondence platform, makes each module work in phase. Choose P87C591 single chip computer as micro controller to design the outer circuitry according to the function demand of module, choose CF card to save a great deal of road vertical section data. The thesis introduces the signals needed to collect and each part function of system in detail, gives the more detailed design explain to hardware circuitry, and analyses the function software of system detailedly.At last ,tests the hardware function of system, sums up the production during doing a series of testing about the system,and points out the shortage at the same time, gives some advices of system.
