While the construction programming of city railway traffic has been developped from single-line to subway network, the thought of the investors, the constructors and the managers of the city railway traffic has become more reasonable. City railway traffic in Beijing and Shanghai were constructed in earlier years, the lines were relatively independent from each other and unnecessary consumption of resource was caused. resource sharing of city railway traffic as an advanced concept has been paid much attention widely, and relative research works have been carried out in the cities such as Chengdu, Shenzheng, Tianjing and so on.Vehicle block and integration base called vehicle-Base for short, which is composed of vehicle block, integration maintenance center, material storehouse, training center and necessary office as well as living facility, is important base for city subway system.After studing and absorbing the advanced technology and experience of domestic and foreign vehicle blocks, parking lots and the management of lines, the principle and means to realize the resource sharing of vehicle base is generalized. The railway traffic in the city of Hangzhou has been taken as the example to study the research programme on the programming of resource sharing, considering network structure and the characteristics of need in defferent programming stage, the research achieveent shows a way to minimize the cost and maximize the operating profit, and the programming and functional allocation of vehicle base has been basicly optimazed.The principle and mentality of resource sharing can be utilized as guidance for the plan and construction of the vehicle block of city railway system, at the meantime this research's prospectiveness, systematicness and originality can be extended as a valuble sample to provid research mentality for the construction of city railway trafic.
