Railway station is the Origin and Destination for passengers who choose railway for traveling. Its main task is to organize passengers through it safely, rapidly, accurately and expediently and consign baggage or parcel conveniently.With the economic development and the improvement of people's life, the travel demand of people increases than ever. Especially during the Spring Festival, Summer holidays, May Day, National Day and other holidays, a large number of passengers go out for travel, and lots of them choose railway .So the railway passenger stations have much pressure. This paper in dicusses Chengdu passenger transportation organization on passenger-flow rush hours.First of all, the article simply expounds some basic conception of Chengdu station. Including the location of the station, grading, characteristics of the station, organization system and station building, Square and so on.Then discusses passenger-flow characteristic, describes several Prediction Method, and predicts the passenger flux forecast during the spring festival for Chengdu station. And this paper analyzes on passenger organization between passenger-flow rush hours.And then discusses the passage capacity of the equipment, for example, the bottleneck, arrival departure, service yard, waiting room and so on. Then it studies the coordination between equipments during passenger-flow rush hours.At last, the article simple analyzes the ticket management and security management of passenger transportation on rush hours. Ticket management includes ticketing management principles and supervising, system to ensure. Security management describes the major security issues of the station and the measures.
