In order to develop the railway, enhance the competitive compentence of the railway and relieve the existing railway network, our country is devoleping the dedicated passenger railway. The dedicated passenger railway can't have its own network shortly which cause lots of cross-line trains's existence, and the problem of choosing the joint-point between dedicated passenger railway and existing railwany line is the key factor influencing the operation of cross-line trains.The paper bases on the existing research results about the dedicated passenger railway, passenger tain operation plan, passenger flow assignment and cross-line passenger flow, consults domestic and international relevant materials extensively, combines the relevant subject about dedicated passenger railway of the laboratory, analyses every factor which influences to choose the joint-point between dedicated passenger railway and existing railwany line, it studies the optimize problem of choosing the joint-point between dedicated passenger railway and existing railwany line, aims at confirm the suitable joint-point to guarantee the cross-line train operating economically and rationally.The main research context is as follows:1. It gives the definition and mathematics description of link plan between dedicated passenger railway and existing railwany line,.Through the comparison with the passenger train operation plan, it analyse the connection between link plan and passenger train operation plan.2. The paper analyse every factor influcing to. choose the joint-point between dedicated passenger railway and existing railwany line,such as the skylight mode of dedicated passenger railway, cross-line passenger's transport, sunset-departure & sunrise-arival train's operation, the railway passway capacity's utilize, and confirms the skylight mode and the operation range of sunset-departure & sunrise-arival train.3. The paper puts forward the type and choice principle of the joint-point between dedicated passenger railway and existing railwany line, analyse the affect factor of cross-line train's operation route, gives the comprehensive model of choosing joint-point between dedicated passenger railway and existing railwany line. According to the characteristic of the model, it proposes solving with the genetic algorithm in the heuristic algotithm, and studies the Genetic factor and algorithm steps in-depth. Last, it studies the case that is constructed by oneself.4. Finally, the paper anaylyse the joint-point scheme's adaptability to the operation organization from passenger flow assignment, the railway passway capacity's utilize and coordination between dedicated passenger railway and existing ralway.
