With the development of economics and society, China is experiencing high speed of urbanization, and in the process of urbanization there has brought about a series of "urban problems". As in the city development, the expansion mode is widely used, land supply and increasing demand contradictions. Urban underground space development and utilization of urban space is an important way to expand capacity to address the urbanization process in the various issue and the realization of economical use of resources, and intensive development of the city. And it is of great significance the city's long-term development.For various historical reasons, at present, in China's urban underground space development there are still many problems like lack of scientific development strategies and planning without fully developing and utilizing, or even blind developing underground space resources, resulting in a great waste of resources. It's necessary to put Urban Underground Space Planning into in-depth study, and introduce the results to the city planning construction soon.In this paper, we have studied planning, principles, layout, shape and function of the urban underground space, and use "Scientific Concept of Development" as a guide to systematically analyze the urban underground space planning, pointed out that the development of the city demands, and economic and technological feasibility of the premise, should be taken into account of forward-looking underground space planning and avoid destructive development, to make sure the maximize the effectiveness development mode of the underground space resources.Through the above theoretical analysis and research, in accordance with the principle of relevance of science, dynamic, workability, and qualitative indicators and quantitative indicators, combining with comprehensive consideration of resource development and utilization of underground space with the socio-economic, ecological environment, the functions of cities, human activities of mutual influence, we have established a new urban underground space planning target system. The system can be used to guide the planning of urban underground space, and also to evaluate the urban underground space planning level. In order to evaluate the scientific description more accurately, the paper uses fuzzy evaluation model to make sure the targets more practical and valuable.Finally in the paper, with the examples of underground space planning in Chengdu, in accordance with the indicator system and Fuzzy evaluation model, we briefly introduced the target system using methods.Urban Underground Space planning is a comprehensive, policy, a high sense of professional project. I believe that this study will be of great reference value and significance for the scientific and rational planning of China's urban underground space. |
