This thesis analyses the full tall building structure with transfer beam. ANSYS has been used for designing cross-section of prestressed reinforced concrete transfer beam and steel reinforced concrete transfer beam, analysing and comparing the response of tall building structure with reinforced concrete transfer beam,prestressed reinforced concrete transfer beam,steel reinforced concrete transfer beam under dynamic load. Three types of transfer beams in the aspect of material,dynamic characteristics and earthquake-resistant ability have been studied. Main ideas this thesis will expound are as following:1. In combination with actual project, finite element model has been created. According to the results of static analysis, the cross-sections of prestressed reinforced concrete transfer beam and steel reinforced concrete transfer beam have been designed. Finite element model has been created to analyse the two types of building structure in the static state. By comparing the results of three types of structure in static analysis (main in shear force and deflection), proper cross-section has been defined. The area of section separately reduces 40%,51% than that of structure with reinforced concrete transfer beam.2. Researching natural vibration period,modal graph,displacement and story-drift of the building structure with transfer story by modal analysis, it shows that the results of three types of transfer beams in modal analysis are almost identical excluding that in the position of transfer story.3. By extracting and comparing the results about displacement and story-drift of the building structure with transfer story in dynamic time-history analysis, differences and reasons have been discussed.4. Through changing the type of beam in transition story, the influence to the entire building under earthquake has been studied. By observing the curves about displacement and story-drift, it showed that deformation of the building structure with PRC and SRC transfer beam is more steadily and mutation rate is less than that of the building structure with RC transfer beam. In the parallel direction with transfer beam the deformation of the building structure with PRC and SRC transfer beam is almost identical, in the vertical direction with transfer beam, the deformation of the building structure with PRC is less than that of the building structure with SRC transfer beam.
