| Mechanism innovation is the source of motivating continual update of mechanical products. The paper has provided one kind of new rationale for the design and characteristic analysis of epicyclical gear trains (EGTs). Because the traditional analysis method very difficultly automatically completes system design and characteristic analysis through the computer programming, its essence is lacks one kind of new theory method which may be applied into the modem design thought and modern analysis method. The author have constructed a systematic graph theory methods through topological graph theory and successfully realized automatic system design and analysos by computer programme.The main work in the paper includes: (1) Comprehensive assessment of the previous graph module from structural features and state characteristics are given, dour prerequisite should be met in graph model is pointed out and a perfect graphical model is established. (2) The isomorphism decision method is presented for the topological graph. Namely, topological graph is micro-transformed and stratified adjacent matrixes are built up. Through isomorphism decision procedure, decision work can be completed conveniently. (3) According to the algorithm, actualize isomorphism decision automatization.(4)From the point of new EGTs design ,a series of topological inversion theory was established which expound how to build up relationship between pure graph and EGTs. (5) Through the graph model established, some research about the EGTs freedom and movement characteristics have done and a new calculation method to freedom and transmission ration is presented, the new method is simple and suitable for computer programming. (6)Scheme and structure design is prerequisite to EGTs synthesis, but artificial design greatly limit the efficiency and innovation, to solve this problem, this paper originated the Code Table of EGTs, and developed a automatically generation software with Visual Basic 6.0.This paper take the modern design concepts and methods into EGTs design, the synthesis methods presented is short-cut and visualized which may be applied into the type and scale synthesis, it provides aneffective way for innovation and optimization design of gear train mechanism. |
