There is a large of requirements for automatic dispatch system on 10KV at present, and the cost restricts the popularization. This thesis makes use of embedded structure, adopts the techniques of single-chip computer, virtual instrument and GPRS wireless communications technology to design a new type system. It merits low-cost, low-power consumption and high integration. This system could achieve the function of real-time monitoring the high-voltage power network, remote controlling the on-off state of three-phase switch, energy metering, historical parameters analysis and forecasting capabilities for large power users.The hardware of the system were consisted of five modules such as parameters acquisition of high voltage power network, RW-10 high-voltage outdoor fuse automatic control, GPRS wireless communications, temporary storage of data in SD Card when communication failures and watchdog circuit. Module of parameters acquisition of high voltage power network was involved the knowledge of the type selection of intelligent MCU & DSP chip which is used to collect the parameters of the network, SPI communication between the MCU & DSP chip and the selection and the methods of current sampling. The module of RW-10 high-voltage outdoor fuse switch remote controlling included the knowledge of FET as switching applications, MCU hardware resources extension, designing of push & executive mechanism and type selection of the power sources. GPRS wireless transmission module contents the knowledge such as type-selection criteria, the specific type-selection, specific merits, as well as the Networking knowledge. Module of temporary storage of data in SD Card involved knowledge of SPI bus matching and the connection solutions of different electrical levels Watchdog circuit module contained knowledge of chip type-selection and specific application mode.Software system includes host and slave computer software design. The slave computer software uses the new Hualong IDE software programming environment as the development platform to realize related Function of hardware Circuit. The power network data processing program had been designed in the host computer software. It makes use of Lab Windows/CVI6.0 as development platform. The technology of the dynamic data exchange (DDE) is adopted to do the working of statistical data processing and analysis. Simultaneously, a dual-threaded mode was used to achieve the function of experimental results data storage, operating curve and statements display and print out.
