Anti-radiation missile (ARM) is a kind of hard antipersonnel weapon that discovers, traces and destroys the object radiant points by making use of the object radiant point radiations. In modern wars, it has been a key problem to radiation sources whether the radar has the abilities of countering anti-radiation missile attack.Modern war indicated that airborne warning and control system (AWACS) take on the all kinds of radar warning system, control system and command system. AWACS become the entire war system's nerve center. It's indispensable for national defence and capture mastery of the sky.Anti-radiation missile is a kind of precision-guided weapon, with good concealment, farther operational distance and good operational adaptability, which can make AWACS in the air destroy possibly, so it is very significant of probability analysis of ARM hitting AWACS.Several technology approaches of confronting ARM are discussed based on the limitation of ARM in this paper. The capability index and key technology are also discussed. For ARM have too-large identifying angle according to the limitation of the diameter of ARM, the anti-radiation missile cheating system is simple and good for confronting ARM.Noise FM jamming is an effective way of countering, which makes the wide-band jamming signal enter the receiver, the S/N of receiver reduces, result in anti-radiation missile detecting the target difficultly, cause angle tracking error of passive monopulse seeker increases and tracking accuracy drops, reduces the hitting probability of ARM hitting self-defence noise source. The paper firstly sets attacking model and probability model of ARM hitting AWACS up, and uses Kalman filter to track the moving radiation source, at the same time does experiment and emulation. Emulation display, while target moves in uniform velocity or uniform acceleration on the line, tracking curve is the same as true trace; but while target moves in a circle, tracking curve brings error, directly impact hitting probability. Finally, the paper establishes interference model of target confronting ARM, decoying interference model and self-protection noise jammer on the moving airplane, then simulates the models respectively. The conclusion is, hitting probability of anti-radiation missile tracking target drops while the target choosing a model of them, approximately less than 10%, which is much lower than that 40% of target not choosing one interference model. It will bring safe feel to manipulator on the airplane, plays an important role warning and commanding.
