The thesis mainly presents the research of DSP control system for the single-phase DC/AC converter used in fuel cell power supply device, which includes the power circuit topology, hardware design of the control system, PWM generation, control strategy and the electro-magnetic compatibility (EMC) problems of the DC/AC converter. According to the speciality of fuel cell and the application filed of the DC/AC converter, the single-phase converter is analyzed.First, the principle and the topologies of single-phase DC/AC converter are introduced. It also introduces the principle to generate PWM signal and the software implementation based on DSP.Secondly, the hardware/software design of the control system based on DSP is discussed. This part includes: the minimum system design of DSP, power supply system, signal conditioning circuit, serial communications interface (SCI) and controller area network (CAN) bus. This part also presents a digital single-loop control method for the DC/AC converter and the software realization based on DSP. Both the instantaneous voltage single-loop and the virtual voltage single-loop adopt PI regulation.Besides, this thesis discusses some problems in electro-magnetic compatibility (EMC) for the control system of the DC/AC converter, and mainly introduces an EMI filter design method of swithing power supply.In the end, the experimental results are provided and some problems requiring further research are discussed.
