Nowadays,seismic isolation and energy dissipation are the most mature control technology in practical application.Currently more than thirty countries actively proceed to base-isolation application,resesrch.The base-isolatiom technology has been already extensive applied in bridge and architecture.At completing the application research,the isolation design method has also gradually normlized day by day.The United States,Japan,New Zealand and Italy etc.Promulgated the specification for design of buildings one after another.Our country issues "Codes for seimic design of building" (GB50011-2001)in July of 2001 also formally complie one chapter—isolation and energy dissipation.At the same year,The Chinese engineering building standardization society manages composing "Technical specification for seismic-isolation with laminated rubber beating isolators"(CECS126:2001): In 2004 publish "Anti-seismic capability quality of architectural engineering appearance design general privisions"(trying out)(CECS160:2004). However,there are some new question for isolation structure design in applying in practice,It will be researched from the theory and testing in this disseration.The original simplification design method two paces of the branch is fixed a damping effect first of all beforehand,comes to fix on the basis of the relevant stipulation in the norm that the relevant damping coefficient in horizontal direction,afterwards between the relationship of the damping coefficient in horizontal direction and the period between the isolator structure and the non-isolator structure,then the fundamental period of the isolator structure is calculated.Afterwards level stiffness of the isolative layer which simple substance some setup on the basis of the assumption obtains initially is calculated.The level stiffness of layer through stands or lie between adjust carrying on the preliminary design at the isolative layer,and the horizontal displacement of isolation layer in minor earthquake is calculated.Then look upon the computational solution as the second term that the selection of the isolator,and what it is as far as possible reasonably primary election isolator rightful feasible,and averted repeatedly chooseing,and decreased the amount of work of the isolation design.Secondly,used the level stiffness of isolative layer and the parameters of the isolative cushion,to fix up the isolator,and adopt iterate computational method to adjust to meet to horizontal displacement of the isolative layer at the earthquake carrying on the iterate more,and until the error of the horizontal displacement of the isolative layer attain the accuracy that is enough,and may fix at the level stiffness and damping ratio of the isolative layer and the isolative cushions,and carry on calculation on the basis of these parameters,and solves a problem several key numeric value of the isolation structure,thereby the design of the isolative layer and the the upper composition is completeed.In the end,the summary of the research of this task is written.On the basis of the summary of the research on it,the article indicates the existing objections of the research,and gives several suggestions on the future research.
