| The Limited slip differential by brake (BLSD) is a differential, which avoids the driving wheel from overage slipping and redistributes the output torque, with the way of braking intervention. According to the running status and road condition, it brings the limited slip into effect on differential using modern control technologies, to get the aim of overage slip controlling and the torque redistributing of driving wheels. In this way, vehicles can make the best of adhesion condition, so as to obtain a bigger portrait force and improve the dynamic performance and the handling stability. Presently, the studies on this differential system are just in developing statement, still no any mature product. So, for the industrialization and practicability of BLSD, it is very important to study its control strategy.From the traditional differential, to LSD and BLSD, this text has a deeper and deeper introduction. Based on the usual LSD and ASR, it analyses the structure and fundamental of BLSD, lays a good foundation of its industrialization and usage. Then, it studies the control technology of BLSD, and brings the control aim forward, makes a relative control strategy. It also introduces some common arithmetic of controlling structure, such as Logic threshold control, PID control, Sliding Mode Control, Optimal Control, Robust control and neural network fuzzy control. On the base of fuzzy control theory, it has the study of BLSD's fuzzy control in mind, makes a fuzzy controller and the fuzzy control rules. After analyzing the dynamic performance of cars with BLSD, it sets overall and wheels' Mathematical models, including sub models of engine, Transmission, main reducer, BLSD and tires, sets the model expressing the dynamic performance of cars with BLSD on road with separation attachment Coefficient. Finally, it sets the overall simulation model using Matlab/Simulink, and analysis the influence of cars' dynamic performance with BLSD running on road with separation attachment Coefficient. The simulation results shows the cars with BLSD have a prominence dynamic performance. |
