Compared with the traditional protective structure,ceramic/fiber composite structure has many advantages such as the low-density,high-impact energy absorption,protection good performance and so on.There are a wide range of applications in areas of the weapons industry and protection project.Based on the digging and transporting chemical weapons left by Japan,aimed at protecting to 150-mm red cannonball,Ceramic/fiber fiber compound target was developed, Numerical analysis model,which simulate the process of the fragment penetrating target plate,was established,the accuracy of this model was confirmed through the analysis of failure mechanism of target and the contrast of test result.Ceramic/fiber compound target structual design was optimized.When fragments produced by the 150mm red cannonball impact protective structure,structure's satisfying the protection request and economocally reasonable design is found out.The main research content and the achievement include:1,Through on the calculation of Powerful explosion of chemical weapons left by Japan and the analysis of target's failure modes and damage effectiveness and bullet-proof mechanism of Ceramic/fiber fiber compound target,five fragmentation plate preliminary design plan is proposed.2,According to Mechanical Properties of Ceramics and fiber,mechanism of Anti-Penetration of materials and the target is discussed from destruction process,damage model and force.3,According to damage mechanism of material,Numerical analysis model, which simulate the process of the fragment penetrating target plate,was established. the accuracy of this model was confirmed through the contrast of test result.4,Ceramic/fiber compound target structual design was optimized.When fragments produced by the 150mm red cannonball impact protective structure, structure's satisfying the protection request and economocally reasonable design is found out.Finding provides a basis for the design and manufacture of high-performance fragmentation plate and has important significance to ensure safety in the process of the digging and transporting chemical weapons left by Japan...
